- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically charge $45 an hour for personal shopping services and closet assessments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually do a 25-30 min. phone consultation to find out about interests and from their depending on the service, I will begin pulling together online looks for my client and meet at a store location to try on clothes/order clothes. If it is for a closet assessment, I meet my clients at a scheduled time at their home and do a walk through of their closet(s) and pull out the unnecessary items. Once done, I show my closet how to organize their closets as well as provide suggestions on storage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked over 13 1/2 years personal styling, and 10 of those years were at Nordstrom (during that time I was also bra and prosthesis certified).
