- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will hop on a quick phone call to make sure we are the right fit for each other. Second, I will come to do a 30 min in-home consultation and see the spaces you are wanting help with. We will go more in-depth with what your needs are and your desired outcome. You will be able to get on my calendar then and we will have a set date to start working together!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As someone who grew up in a very unorganized home, I would say that the past 15 years of me living with roommates and on my own has been my training! I am not naturally a very tidy or organized person, I have to work at it. And I have learned how to create spaces and systems that make it possible for me. Now that I am a mother of 2 little ones, I feel as though I am getting my Ph.D. in organizing 🤣 I am challenged frequently as we experience a lot of disruptions and transitions in our house! I truly believe that ANYONE can become a tidy person. This is a learned skill and it is never too late to start.
