Over the past 18 months, Sara and Thrive have gotten my house (and yard!) organized and cleaned like no one else I've ever employed (have used house services for over 20 years in more than one city). No job has been too big, small, or complicated for her - she is a true problem solver and very trustworthy to boot. If you do hire Thrive for housecleaning, I would recommend that you add on some organizing time from them. You won't believe how well they organize and for reasonable prices. I've told Sara she can use me as a reference, so if any specific q's, just ask her for my contact info.

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

We currently have a wide range of services with clients from biweekly and weekly cleaning, organizing and lifestyle management tasks to bimonthly, monthly and new construction cleanings.

  • Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The whole house organizing project I am currently working on. From mud room to attic, our client needed an overhaul and wanted to start anew in a home he has lived in for 13 years. We developed a game plan- going through every room and every nook and cranny listing what needed to be done. We set up a weekly appointment and are almost complete. Within the past month the results are becoming dramatically apparent- it's an amazing feeling!!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    1. Decide which services you need. 2. Meet with the provider before your scheduled appointment to show what you would like done, what your expectations are and/or specific areas that need extra attention. 3. Ask for references and call them!! 4. Depending on the size of the job or your preferred frequency of services, are they able to accommodate?
