6 stars! Kleverson has a really gentle demeanor and is meticulous in his work, which is exactly what you want from a tile guy. He worked quickly and finished my kitchen with beautifully crisp and perfect lines (despite my crooked old walls). The guy knows his stuff. I came home and he was planing down my doors which would no longer swing shut with the new tile height. Excellent service, and will definitely be using him again in the future. New kitchen looks awwwwesome! Changes the whole vibe of the house :) thanks again

I couldn’t be happier with the tile work! From start to finish, the Kleverson was extremely professional, reliable, and meticulous. His attention to detail and precision are outstanding, and it really shows in the finished product.
The tile layout is perfectly aligned, the grout lines are consistent, the cuts are clean, and every detail was completed with care. He also kept the work area clean and organized throughout the project, which I greatly appreciated.
The shower, niche, and bathroom floor look absolutely beautiful and exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that he takes great pride in his craftsmanship and doesn’t cut corners.

Beautiful Shower Transformation & Excellent Communication!
I recently had my fiberglass shower surround replaced with tile by Gallatastile, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and the finished product!
From the very beginning, Mr. Kleverson was extremely communicative and responsive. He answered all of my questions throughout the process, which I really appreciated. Communication can make or break a home improvement project, and in this case, it was fantastic!
There were also no scheduling conflicts. In fact, Mr. Kleverson had a cancellation and offered to move my project up an entire week. Unfortunately, my schedule didn’t allow me to take advantage of the opportunity, but I appreciated him offering it.
On Day 1, the demolition crew arrived as scheduled and got right to work. They were very efficient and made quick work of removing my existing shower knobs, fiberglass surround, and drywall. They then installed the waterproofing and Durock, getting the shower properly prepped for the tile installation.
Day 2 was when I really started seeing the transformation! The walls were prepped and the tile installation began. When I walked into my bathroom and saw the tile in place with the spacers, I was like, WOW! My bathroom already looked completely different and in a VERY good way! It was exciting to see my vision actually coming together.
By Day 3, the spacers were gone and the grout had been added. The project was nearly complete! Mr. Kleverson returned on Day 4 for a short visit to finish up the remaining grout, and the shower was done.
There was one issue during the project involving the shower niche. I had requested that the niche be installed horizontally, but it was initially installed vertically. When I brought this to Mr. Kleverson’s attention, he was very receptive and immediately offered options. He suggested adding a shelf, which was a good solution and would have worked well. However, I had a specific horizontal design aesthetic in mind, so I ultimately decided to have it corrected to match my original vision. I appreciated that he was willing to work with me rather than dismissing my concern.
One suggestion for improvement
The one thing I would recommend for future projects is having a more detailed online project specification form for the customer to complete before work begins. This could help eliminate any potential misunderstandings about design preferences and ensure that both the customer and contractor have the same expectations before installation begins.

Overall, I am very pleased with my new tiled shower! The transformation is beautiful, the process was quick and organized, and Mr. Kleverson’s communication and responsiveness were definitely highlights of the experience.
I would absolutely recommend Gallatastile to anyone considering a tile project. My bathroom went from having a basic fiberglass shower surround to having a completely different, upgraded look and I absolutely LOVE the transformation!

Highly recommend Gallatas Tile. Extremely easy to work with, very professional, and incredibly conscientious with the tile/work. Also, our project was one started by the homeowner and they were very willing to adjust and work with us to complete the project. Very happy with the results and will definitely recommend and use again on future projects.
