Marco works professionally, diligently and responsively with competitive prices. Marco and his team have worked on replacing both our warranty AC compressor and our water heater. He readily communicates by phone and text and is able to explain technical issues in plain language. He has shown flexibility to work with our schedule when diagnosing and repairing our equipment. He realisticaly explained repair options and offered lower prices compared to the competition. His repairs were done without complications, damages or delays. He was careful enough not to stain, soil or damage our carpet and adjacent areas to AC and water heater units. His maintenance program is worth in itself and it includes additional repair/installation discounts. Given his technical expertise, communication skills as well as for his honesty and compassion, I thorougly recommend Marco & Son.

Marco recently did a bunch of work on the AC at our nonprofit organizations animal shelter. We needed to have one system replaced and the compressor on another system replaced. Marco found that the compressor was still under warranty and was able to replace it for only the cost of parts and labor. The other company that gave us an estimate did not tell us that and the cost of the same repairs would have been almost $5000 more. He is also one of the most responsive people I have ever dealt with. Whether at 7 AM or 9 PM Marco is always quick to respond to my texts and emails. He even took the time to show us how to properly maintain everything. We were very happy to be able to sign an annual service contract with Marco & Son!

He came on time the number of times we neede him. He gave a few options and Allowed us the opportunity to chose what would be best for us to fix our hvac problems. He guaranteed and warranteed the products installed and the workmanship. I
