I had a great experience with 911 Air Care! My service technician, Paras, was excellent. I had a clogged drain that caused the room where my furnace is to flood, and he was able to quickly come over, assess the situation, and unclog the drain and installed a safety switch. He also took the time to explain what happened and recommended helpful steps to prevent it from happening again in the future. Paras was very knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to work with. I truly appreciate the prompt and thorough service—highly recommend!
