I begin every new client experience with a thorough consultation. This includes discussing your hair history, lifestyle, maintenance preferences, and goals. From there, I create a personalized plan and explain the process, timing, and aftercare. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and confident before we begin.
