- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing so you know what to expect. For Full Service or custom design projects, we provide a proposal based on the Scope of Work after the consultation. The most popular services are Full Service Design and Premium E-Design which include furniture ordering services and white glove delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with our discovery call, which for us is an in-depth conversation on the space you'd like to work on, including reviewing pictures of the space. It's important to us that we get to know our clients really well right off the bat. Following the call, we'll determine if we need an in-person consultation to kick off the project, then we'll send a proposal for services and once the project is booked, we get started with the onboarding. From there, each of our design services has a well defined process that we'll walk you through from beginning to end, until you get the design you love!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a self-taught designer with over a dozen years of experience in the corporate world, where I earned a skillset that helps me provide great customer experience and project management to our clients. Prior to starting my company, worked for a boutique design firm. I've owned my company for over 4 years now and we've worked on hundreds of projects both virtually and in person.
