- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent pricing so you know what to expect. For Full Service or custom design projects, we provide a proposal based on the Scope of Work after the consultation. The most popular services are Full Service Design and Premium E-Design which include furniture ordering services and white glove delivery. We also offer a la carte design packages as well including Designer on Call, Paint Consultations and more!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with our discovery call, which for us is an in-depth conversation on the space you'd like to work on, including a virtual Zoom tour. It's important to us that we get to know our clients really well right off the bat. Following the call, we'll determine if we need an in-person consultation to kick off the project, then we'll send a proposal for services and once the project is booked, we get started with the onboarding. From there, each of our design services has a well defined process that we'll walk you through from beginning to end, until you get the design you love!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a self-taught designer which years of experience in various business disciplines in the corporate world and have had a passion for design since I was young. I've worked on my own spaces since high school and prior to starting my company, worked for a boutique design firm. I have a team of 4 employees, including 3 trained designers and our accounts and purchasing manager. I oversee all our projects as a creative director. Having a team of talented and creative people means that our clients are getting quality designs every time.
