- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by truck space — how much of the trailer your items fill. No hourly rates, no hidden fees. Minimum charge is $99. Special items like mattresses, fridges, or appliances with freon carry a small disposal surcharge — we always disclose these before we start. You approve the price before we load a single item.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer texts or calls, I ask for 2-3 photos of the space. I respond with a firm price range within minutes. On the day of the job, I confirm the final price on-site before loading anything. We do all the heavy lifting, haul everything away, and leave the space clean. The whole process is straightforward — no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years as an NCO and Combat Medic in the military — including service in Iraq, Syria, and NATO operations. The discipline, physical demands, and attention to detail carry directly into this work. I also hold all required business licenses and insurance for Fairfax County.
