Hello, my name is Katie. I have 20+ years of experience grooming dogs, and I am very passionate about providing your pet with a relaxing, personalized groom.
I started out in corporate for a few years and then moved to a private shop for almost 11 years. I eventually decided that I wanted to branch out on my own and started my mobile business in 2015. I have been grooming mobile for 11 years now and really enjoy being one on one with the pups! I aim to provide a calm experience for each individual dog!

wonderful job! My cranky dog was grinning from ear to ear over his new look--five years younger! He has hip dysplasia, and grooming is not always a walk in the park for him. l Thanks, Katie!

Katie recently groomed our very timid Sheltie and did an amazing job. Her mobile service provided a calm atmosphere that we needed for our dog. Our dog is a rescue and has a lot of anxiety, so traditional pet spas with a lot of other animals are often traumatic for her.

As my first grooming experience, this went better than I had expected! Katie was responsive, punctual and very nice. My dog was at ease around Katie and eager to get in the van (somewhat unlike her usual skeptical manner). She looked and smelled fantastic when she was all done! I will definitely be using Katie's mobile Spaw again soon.

Katie did an amazing job! This was the first grooming for our rescue dog since we got him in Nov. He was matted and his hair was very long. We were not sure how he would react to grooming. Katie worked her magic and he not only looked great but pranced around like he was the most handsome guy (which he is). Thanks Katie - see you in 8 weeks!

She groomed out large Springer Spaniel and did an amazing job. She arrived early, was great with our dog and had a very fair price. We have already scheduled an appointment in July. Highly recommend her....very nice person and great with animals....

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to new customers about the breed of dog they have and the temperament. I will discuss the type of haircut and grooming that they are looking for. I love finding out about new customers :)
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of on the job training and experience.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always wanted to work with animals. I thought about becoming a vet tech, but it just wasn't for me. I was trying to decide between dog training and grooming and just got lucky with a grooming job and I've loved it ever since!
