- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing includes food cost and time. Seasonality does affect our pricing at times for catering, but cake pricing is all inclusive. Ingredients, time, delivery, set up and taxes are all included in our prices. Price is always a sticky subject, but we have devoted lots of time into making sure our pricing is on par for the area and is all inclusive, which is not standard.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving your quote request through our website alsscatering.com, we will contact you via email or phone within 48 hours to set up a time that works for you to sit down and discuss what your looking for, peruse menu options and view your venue space. After you decide to use our services, we will email you a contract to guarantee your spot and ask that you make final decisions two weeks before your event. We do the rest!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our executive chef has her degrees in Culinary Arts, Business Management, Hospitality and Food Service.
