- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are very competitive. At Fuxebox, we don't believe in bait and switch. Our price is based on the information that you provide us. At times, we might need to revise our initial estimate based on new information received. But our promise is to give you a fair and reasonable price that is commensurate of the services that we will render. Now through the end of June 2020, we are offering a 15% discount off your individual and/or business tax preparation fees. We are also running a separate offer of 3 months free of your Quickbooks monthly subscription if you choose our accounting and bookkeeping services (certain restrictions apply). - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We know that the process of selecting a tax preparer or bookkeeper is not an easy task. After all, you are looking to put your financial information in the hands of an expert. At Fuxebox, we work hard to gain your trust. Our process typically starts with a phone call to better understand your needs. From there, we provide you with a fair and reasonable estimate. If you choose to hire us, then we then execute a job arrangement letter that memorializes the contract terms and conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff must complete a minimum of 30-40 hours of continuing education annually. Although Fuxebox Financial is not a CPA firm, our resident expert is a seasoned CPA licensed in Virginia. This means that she maintains the continuing education necessary to keep her license active.
