I'm so sorry you feel your expectations were not met. Resulting from the photos you provided I made it clear I would need to evaluate the drywall ceiling to be sure the drywall has enough integrity to repair instead of replace. I did convey to you if replacement is not needed my intention was to complete your requested repair on that trip. unfortunately the assessment of the drywall condition was determined to in need of replacement as scope work work would be different that what was originally requested. As a result of 30 years in the construction trades all work completed for customers must be completed properly and professionally even if the customer may not like the assessment which may change of the scope of work. As always customers are valued and providing an assessment of requested repairs at no cost to the customer but at the expense of the business is an approach provided to further gain the customers confidence for services offered. There is always genuine consideration, effort and focus regarding scheduling and coordinating services provided to customers in order to provide Good customer service.
