- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have competitive pricing and fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get to know the customer first to find out their goals and expectations. Next, I try to learn what they know on and off the horse. Last, I give them a reasonable time table and analysis of what it will take to get there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up learning through 4-H, lessons with top professionals and showing. I went to a college where I could continue taking lessons as well as classes on horsemanship. I shadowed top dressage and hunter seat equitation professionals in between semesters. I worked for a top show barn after college.
