I was truly at my wits’ end after spending six months trying to find someone to assemble my gazebo, only to be met with constant runarounds. I had almost given up. However, on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, after coming home from a three-hour college course, I decided to try one last time. I went on Thumbtack and specifically searched for someone experienced in gazebo assembly. That’s when Molex Assembly Serviz appeared first on my screen. When I saw that Chris had over 500 photos of his work, I was overwhelmed with relief and literally broke down in tears. I immediately reached out by email and text, and to my surprise, Chris responded right away and was able to schedule me for the very next day. From that moment on, Chris and his partner felt like my knights in shining armor. They arrived exactly at the time promised, and from the start, they were friendly, professional, respectful, and had such wonderful personalities. Molex is a master at assembly. We are so pleased with our Gazebo install. A true professional. Great personality. Very organized and knowledgeable about the task, he got right to work and within a few hours it was done. 2 storms later and it didn't budge. 5/5

We had a Pergola installed. The technician/installer, Chris, was very professional and responsive. He also worked with on his "rest" day (Sunday)! The quality of the installation was excellent. He communicated with my husband regarding location of the pergola and how to best utilize it to shield the sun and rain. We are so looking forward to working with him and his team on our next project! Thank you again Chris!
