- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge per project and not per hour. As a customer I hate it when I think a project costs a certain amount and then the business adds on labor costs or hourly rates that I wasn't aware of. I won't do that to my clients.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. Marketing is an ever-evolving living organism that continually adapts to its environment. I make sure that I keep up with the trends without compromising the professional quality of my work.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love to write and I love the business world. I simply combined the two.
