I’m a bit disappointed to find that the scheduling of service was not professional. An estimate was done and was told he would look for a carpet match and get back to me. After checking with him about a month later he still had not found a match. I myself, went to the local Home Depot to find a match and it was the first carpet I came across in plenty of stock. After purchasing the carpet, I contacted Hew to arrange repair. After months of back and forth and attempts to set a date, Hews came by my home to repair on unscheduled days when I was not available. I left voicemails to confirm the set date with no return calls. Once I finally got him on the phone to confirm the actual date we agreed upon (the day before the work was scheduled) Hews stated he no longer wanted the job. It was a waste of both our time.

First of all i am a 64 year old blackman i am serious about my company i have been doing this for 35 year and am very good at it, i have had 12 scam jobs with thumbtack and can remember asking i hope this not a scam, i went by october 2017 did an estimate the carpet is a very unusual berber i tried to find the carpet but no luck however the customer called and made appointment s three times in november no show, three times in december no show, two times in January no show, three times in February no show,
The appointment for the customer text confirming the appointment for saturday no show, after these no shows i was frustrated, friday of the nexted the customer call confirming appointment for next day saturday and i declined, asking any reasonable person what would do.
There must be some law against this type for reviewing, however there a thing call retribution, god see everything.
I rate this review unfair, unfair, unfair, unfair.
