Regardless of how diligently some students will strive to obtain acceptable writing skills, many will give up in the learning process and will shout with resignation to high heaven, "I just can't do it!" These are the unfortunate students who will pay any price for a ghostwriter's expertise. Hence, there will always be a relatively high percentage of these students in all colleges and universities, who have the money to spare for the best writing assistance and tutoring. Look at George W. Bush, and the many others like him. In all probability, that was how George got an M.B.A. from Harvard, and probably how he succeeded in 'authoring' a book, that is, with a lot of annoynmous help.
