We had a very good experience with Beacon using their electrical services department. Mary the customer service rep was very helpful in scheduling. And the technician sent, Bryce, was really a great service person. He explained everything before beginning and was very thorough. I will hire these people for future electrical work on our home,

Just an FYI: I think most of my messaging and appointment making was done with an AI agent. When an actual human being contacted me they canceled the appointment because I live in a “high rise building” and it is not company policy to do work in high rise buildings. No real reason provided other than “company policy”.

Beacon was the first company to reach out and respondly quickly to all my questions but they need to work on their operations. All I wanted was a quote to update my current outdated panel and they couldn't give me a price which seemed fine because the estimate for them to come out is free. However they expect you to take a whole day off a work to wait for them the only time slot they had for each day was between 8:00-4:00. I quickly booked with a different comany who's able to come out today.
