FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to keep my pricing below big box stores. I can do this because there is no overhead in my pricing. My current price is $125 per standard fan and light fixture installation if there is a fan supporting junction box already installed in the ceiling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing that I like to do is gain a rapport with the customer. This is usually by asking a few questions pertaining to the job in order to provide the best service. Then I offer what I can do for them based on the information that I receive.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee giving me the electrical understanding needed to install light fixtures and ceiling fans. I also own rental properties in which I've installed all the ceiling fans and light fixtures.
