- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible. I have set rates which are on the cheaper side but I am open to working with customers to find the right package for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I am focused on the total customer experience. From start to finish I want my clients to have an enjoyable time capturing images that can be cherished. Communication is key. Learning about my clients, their preferences, hobbies, and expectations etc. helps build chemistry and allows them to be more comfortable in front of the camera.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Associates Degree in Photography and have been involved in the industry for over a decade now.
