This mistake cost me financially but just at the point need peace and a clear head - imagine giving a contractor 50% of the contract and not one inspection passed, and have nerve to say in front of his crew I owe him money when in fact educated myself to call the county and he owes based on our contract - smh …. This has been a regret that I must live with and only want peace. So either find a way to resolve but to bring to his attention his workers lies and he admitted he also lied to him; I cannot walk or be left to walk away unjust. The two stars is only bc in the beginning the first two months went smooth. Things happen; delays occur in construction but communication is a must…you will be at his mercy to have to deal verbally despite wanting written updates etc to avoid all these unnecessary headaches. This is current condition of my house 3 months later the actual day of our completion date in contract- of course the blame is shifted elsewhere than the fact did not communicate a new scheduled completion date (it’s on you to have known that).
