FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I keep my pricing simple, clear, and fair. Every project is different, so I base my estimates on the size of the space, the condition of the walls, and the amount of prep work needed. I never add surprise fees — what we agree on is what you pay. I also offer discounts for multi‑room projects, repeat clients, and move‑in/move‑out refreshes. If you send a few photos, I can usually give a fast, accurate quote the same day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and stress‑free for new customers. First, I ask for a few photos of the space so I can understand the condition of the walls and give an accurate estimate. Once we agree on the price, I schedule the job at a time that works best for you. On the day of the project, I arrive on time, protect your floors and furniture, and handle all the prep work — patching, sanding, and priming if needed. I keep you updated as I go, and I don’t leave until everything is clean, dry, and you’re happy with the results. My goal is to make the whole experience easy, clear, and professional from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve built my skills through years of hands‑on work in both residential and commercial painting. On the residential side, I’ve handled everything from single‑room refreshes to full‑home interior updates, learning the right prep, repair, and finishing techniques to deliver clean, consistent results. On the commercial side, I’ve worked in offices, rental units, and small business spaces where efficiency, durability, and clean presentation matter. These projects taught me how to work around schedules, protect high‑traffic areas, and deliver professional finishes that hold up over time. Most of my training comes directly from real‑world experience — understanding surfaces, materials, tools, and modern products — and applying that knowledge to every job. Each project has sharpened my technique and helped me provide reliable, high‑quality work for every type of space.
