Michael was an amazing magician at our son's 4th birthday party! We had kids ranging from 2-7 years old and they were mesmerized. They all sat very attentively and captivated with lots of laughing in between, both by the kids and the parents! Most of the adults came up to me to rave about his performance. But most of all he made my son feel special by making a special magic birthday cake and having the kids say "Happy Birthday" as the magic words. There was lots of kid participation and each one received a special balloon he made. We would highly recommend him for a kid's birthday! He is a nice person and is super with kids!!
Captain Allstar was a fantastic magician and entertainer for my daughter's 5th birthday party! He's super friendly and fun. He was really great at engaging all the kids and keeping them active and involved. My friends and I joked that Captain Allstar would be a great elementary school teacher and we'd love to have our kids in his class! :-) The kids ranged in age from under 1 yr to 11yrs (the majority were 4-6yrs), and Captain Allstar was remarkable at keeping them all interested and entertained during his entire 45-minute show. They laughed at his antics and tricks and had a great time. He even had a "dance break" to get the kids up and moving at one point, which was great for the young kids who need to be busy and bouncing! I was also impressed by how well he remembered the kids' names as he incorporated them all into his show! He tried to give all of the kids a chance to participate or help in some way, which was awesome. My daughter the Birthday Girl was his special "assistant" the entire show and she loved it! He did a great job of making her feel special on her special day. We were super happy with his entire show!
We ended up with Dan when our first magician called out on us on Thursday for the party Saturday. They say things happen for a reason. This magician DAN was the MAN of the hour. He was GREAT!! Even the adults had fun. I would recommend him for any party, wedding, office or what ever your gig. I didnt mind lossing out on another well rated magician, this one was TOPS! I will be using him again at our next event!!
Speed was able to work with us for a charity event and save the day after another magician cancelled last minute. He's a life saver! Everyone absolutely enjoyed his street magic.
Steve was fantastic. Very professional. The kids loved the show. My son is convinced that he has magic powers :-)
Troop 688 Blue and Gold Loved Mr. Owen. He went from table to table and did little tricks that had the cubs simply amazed. He had their attention with ease. During the show during dinner he included cubs to be part of the magic. They felt like mini magicians. I would HIGHLY recommend Drew for any magic show for any age.
Noland performed a magic show perfectly geared to a small group of 9 year olds and their parents! He engaged the audience, gave each child an opportunity to participate "on stage" and left us all in amazement with his magic. He has a great personality and was able to work within the space we had in our house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Michael is a member of Kapitol Klowns Assn of Maryland, which is an organization comprised of entertainers for the Meca of D.C, Virginia and Maryland. Michael is an excellent balloon artist, face painter and magician. The children are especially crazy about Michael (ZigZag's) balloons! What a wonderful entertainer! Joe performed at a large family celebration (150 guests) at Patapsco State Park. He called several days ahead to confirm the location and assure us he would be there. We were very pleased with his performance. He walked around and entertained child and adults with his magic. We would definitely hire him again.
Wayne the Wizard's fun-filled magic shows are full of color, intriguing magical props, funny antics, and even a rabbit in a hat puppet that thinks it's alive. The show is presented in such a friendly and down-to-earth manner that is sure to leave a smile on the faces of both children and adults. The amazed looks on the faces of the children confirm the real sense of wonder that they experience. The combination of baffling magic with lots of humor makes these programs sure-fire winners. Birthday parties are a specialty for Wayne the Wizard, and his show is the perfect entertainment for that most special event. He invites the birthday child to be part of the show, and then they become the "stars" of the show. For over 20 years, Wayne the Wizard has been the children's favorite magician in the Washington, DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis areas. He has performed over 3,000 shows in the region at birthday parties, schools, daycare centers, summer camps, scouting events, and boys' and girls' clubs. He has even performed 8 times at the White House, at the request of 3 different presidents for the children's Easter Egg Roll. He has been featured numerous times on TV, in Washingtonian Magazine, The Washington Post, and numerous children's publications.

Planning your event? Let's chat. When many people think of magic shows, they are usually imagining a traditional theater-style show, but that's only one way to use magic at your event. Call me, and we'll talk about a few options to impress your guests. Below are two of the more popular choices. Strolling magic happens in the hands of your audience, making it the most interactive and social style of magic. As your guests mingle during a cocktail hour, I approach a group, introduce myself and then cause magic to happen. Bills multiply, change denomination even become foreign currency; their driver's licenses vanish and appear in impossible places; these are just a few of the amazing things your guests will experience. When I leave, their jaws will be on the floor (figuratively). I might also steal their watch (literally). Don't worry, they get their watches back. If you've never seen this kind of magic, please contact me, and I'll give you a list of upcoming public events you can attend. Stand-up magic is a more formal show. The magic at a stand-up show is bigger than strolling magic but still small enough to fit on any stage. Whether it's a banquet for your most important clients or a small dinner with friends, I take the gloves off and pack this show with hard-hitting comedy magic. I produce a dozen bottles, read your guests' minds and attempt the most difficult card trick on the planet. The combo, have an entire evening of entertainment by combining a stand-up show with strolling magic. This has the best of both worlds and lets your guests experience a variety of magical entertainment.
I have worked with many magicians over the years and Sly is hands down the best I've seen. Sly entertained at a business function and everyone was amazed. At another event, he even had my 14 year old interested. I would highly recommend him for any occasion.
