Don't let the negative review make you hesitate to consider this company. I hired Bridgette and her staff for my daughter's wedding and I couldn't have been more pleased! The planning and execution of a wedding can be hectic so it was nice to know that Bridgette and her staff were getting things done behind the scenes. It made everyone's day smooth and enjoyable. I cannot recommend A Special Day Plans enough! They are simply awesome! Thank you so much once again!

Terrible no knowledge what's so ever in coordinating had to tell her to do everything not a professional team brought her son and some lady who left for a hour because she was sick terrible experience!!!!

I am very sorry that you felt your experience was not what you had hoped. Because you were not there upon our arrival, we jumped in to assist where we could, in any way we could. There were no defined plans except that things needed to be done and 4 differnt people were giving instructions. My serving team has been in the industry for several years and through no-one's fault, a member got sick. She left to get medicine and stayed to complete the event. Every item I attempted to coordinate (Every single one) was "overturned" by a family member/friend, to a point where two members of the wedding actually had a verbal altercationd over what they wanted to take place and who they wanted to sit where. My job became keeping this from your mom and not stressing her on her wedding day.
