- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is no higher or lower than average, but our quality of work is superb, and if you're a small business customer, you also get business coaching for free. If you're an individual that needs a tax return done, we have six CPAs and 5 EAs here, and we've been doing this for over 25 years, so there's nothing we haven't seen on a return in those years. We will get you out of trouble with the IRS, or, keep you from getting in trouble with the IRS.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A phone call (free consultation) to determine if we're the right company for the client's needs. If we are, we give the client a firm price and an estimated time of completion during that call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are over 50 people - 6 CPAs, 3 MBAs, 5 EAs, 3 CAs, 16 accountants/bookkeepers and other clerical staff. We've been doing this successfully on a nationwide basis for over 25 years.
