Coffee spills, laptop stops working. Not much people experiences something like that but when you do, it is distressing right? When my laptop is corrupted, i started panicking. It had all of my important datas such as my family pictures and work documents without backup so i didn't knew what to do. Zoe's fast and concerned responses, she also answered all of my questions (even tho i was asking for the hundredth time) & experienced technicians like Zarif, I relieved a lot and decided to trust them. And let me tell you, I won't regret that decision ever! All of my files were recovered just in days! They also notified me step by step and took approvals whenever they do something.
