They respond to emails, texts, and calls VERY fast. In 15mins I booked for my 2bd/2bath condo to be packed, moved and to discard items I can't take to my new place. Love the efficiency. They showed up on time. Very nice people! They packed from 9 to 5. The unwanted furniture was not on the truck, items were left behind and the time to move into my new spot was missed. I had to book a second day of movers, make 2 additional trips by myself, and find another option for the old furniture. I voiced my concerns and they worked with me.
