- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Express Packages with a flat fee, very cost effective. We also offer consultations and estimates with very competitive pricing options without compromising on quality or professionalism. We also offer yearly contracts for commercial premises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer can Book online for any Express Package or Dumps on Wheels service. We can also do it over the phone as well. For Speciality services, once we do a consultations we will send the customer the estimate for his/her review. And the rest is easy! We are always available via email for any inquiry or questions and available by phone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have over 20 years of experience in this field. We have undergone various cleaning training throughout our 20 years. Red Cedar Management has a certification from Atomes for recently undergoing the ADVANCED training on the Cleaning & Disinfection and Proper Application of Atomes Products line. The head of our Handyman Department has 2 licenses as well: class A HIC and a CIS license, for residential and commercial improvement.
