Introduction: Transcription, proofreading, editing, etc. I have been in the business sector of the medical industry for approximately eight years. I worked for 7-10 practices at varying times. I was in charge of billing, coding, negotiating with insurance companies, collections from patients, etc. I left this position because of a personal health issue that is now under control, which will now allow me to work a schedule as I see fit. Before teaching, I spent 15 years in the automobile finance industry. This involved my ability to negotiate and finalize contracts between customers, dealerships and banking institutions. Accuracy, obviously, was my utmost responsibility.
