- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When pricing a job I consider the following: - The project square footage. - The time the project will take to complete - Materials cost ( usually charge 50% of materials cost for certain projects). - Discounts are always given - All of my estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers it is very important that I get to know my customers on a professional level. I usually make sure that all customers are aware of the project requiments and show them photos of my previous work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from a technical Insititue where I majored in building techonology.
