Introduction: I have been the owner of Studio D Yoga since 2009. I have been teaching yoga for over 10 years in the community. I do hatha, power, and vinyasa yoga, and meditation. I offer chair yoga for seniors and yoga therapy. I also teach Ageless Grace.
I am employed with Tucker Pavillion, CJW yoga for CD unit as well as meditation. I am also employed with the YMCA. I am an offsite instructor for VA529, McGuire Woods.
