Shawn Woods came by last Tues (a week ago) to review the work that needed to be done. He said he would start the next day. Haven't seen him since, and my texts go unanswered. I hope nothing bad has happened to him.

Shawn was great to work with! He transformed the wall on our deck turned screened porch and the stone really changes the feel of the space. I got multiple quotes for my project, and not only was his initial quote well within range of the others, his final bill was actually lower than his quote, so I knew he wasn't trying to take advantage of me. I've added some photos so you get a feel for the before and after.

Arrived on time to do work. I paid him in cash once he started and had to leave. Came back 3 hours later to find my pool drained and the work unfinished. Has not been responsive for 2 weeks. I will be pressing charges for petty theft. Worst of all he had his kid with him teaching him how to steal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process for new customers is to first establish an in person meeting at the jobsite to discuss the project, then i can provide an accurate estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a child, i spent my summers on various jobsites. I studied Masonry 2 years in tech school.
