- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing are competitive and occasionally offer discounts
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically communicate with customer via to set up a meeting to discuss exactly what they need done. After discussing I issue a quote and depending on the work the customer pays a 50%-100% of the amount to process the order and start work. I communicate with the customer as often as possible to get their input and feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Degree in Integrated Development Studies and a Diploma in Graphic and Web Design. I also have understudied under great artist, have done over 350 commissions, have developed skills and learnt more. I have learnt that my talent is not enough to guarantee me success. My education has helped me to have focus that directs my talent, preparation that positions my talent, belief that lifts my talent, perseverance that sustains my talent , practice that sharpens my talent and skills that protect my talent.
