Skills & Drills was established in Tokyo, Japan, by Coach K. Ross and Darren Long while playing International Independent League Baseball.

Coach Ross worked with my son for 2 years and my son's baseball skills really improved. This past season my son was a 10 year old started at second base on a 12 year old baseball team. He was the only 10 year old on the 12 years old All-stars team.
