I recently reached out to Joseph at J&J Home Remodeling in Newport News, VA, and was impressed by how quickly he got back to me; he responded within hours and met with us that same day to discuss our project. He took precise measurements, offered thoughtful suggestions, and even pointed out potential issues with our gutter clearance and water pipes before they became problems. Within a couple hours, he had a detailed contract drawn up, and two days later his team began work exactly as scheduled. The turnaround was remarkably fast, but the quality never suffered: Joseph and his crew tackled everything efficiently and communicated clearly throughout the process. They kept me updated on their availability, addressed any questions immediately, and completed the job ahead of my expectations. Overall, I would give Joseph a 10/10 rating for his professionalism, responsiveness, and high-quality workmanship. I’ll definitely be calling him again for future projects.

Joseph arrived ready to work. He had all required materials and staff. They were professional and courteous. I've never had a contactor treat me with respect. Joseph talked with me and explained step by step what was to be done and did it! I will not hesitate to call him again for further projects.

I had an excellent experience with J&J Home Remodeling. They did an outstanding job on my electrical work, ceiling tile replacement, replacing my sink fixtures and patching up my sink walls. Everything was completed with care, professionalism, and great attention to detail. They even came out and completed the work on New Year’s Day, which I truly appreciated. Everything was done with care, professionalism, and great attention to detail. They were reliable, efficient, and made sure the work was done right. I’m really happy with the work done by Joseph’s company on my sidewalk and awning. The whole crew was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what they were doing.
