From the very message between Jerome and I, he immediately asked could he give me a call to discuss the details of the project. His professionalism and knowledge showed by our phone call conversation. He updated me on all his concerns with the project, materials needed and the price. He went out his way to get me a bracket for my wall because I didn’t want to pick the wrong one. He engages and makes you feel like family rather than a customer. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to complete house projects. I plan to utilize this company again for my future home projects.

I highly recommend Your Neighbors Home Improvement, as I was extremely pleased with the quality of work, the level of detail, communication, affordable pricing, and quick scheduling as I needed a roof to be built for a very large kennel ASAP, which they were able to accommodate me. Mr. Clements the owner was amazing to work with and I will be using the company for future projects.
My back door stairs had become a serious safety issue. The owner of the company responded the same day within a couple of hours assessed the condition and and gave me an acceptable estimate price wise and repair time. Arrived on time and completed the work in a professional manner. I have discussed future home maintenance projects that are needed on my home which aren’t critical at the current moment. Definitely a company that I will place my trust with for projects beyond DYI levels.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My price comes from my experience in the trades. Anyone can “DIY” but it’s the experience that most customers want.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to create a comfortable and a trusting relationship. I walk through and explain what I see and what “I” would do to fix or repair/build, offering multiple options when available, then allow you, the customer, to choose which option better suits them. I write up a step by step process including detailed explanations of materials used and why I chose the step, that way they and I are always on the same page, every step of the way. Just like Your Neighbors! Lol
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have schooling, in the formal classroom setting, and years of experience and hands on training.
