FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Virginia sets notarial fees at $10 per signature. Mobile travel fees depend on distance, appointment time, and any urgent requests. All fees are always disclosed upfront, so there are no surprises. You’ll know your total before I come out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by confirming the type of document, the number of signers, and the location. I verify that everyone has a valid ID and that the documents are complete and ready to sign. Once I arrive, I double-check IDs, walk you through the process, and make sure every signature is placed correctly before I stamp. I leave copies if needed, collect payment, and make sure you’re satisfied before I leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Virginia Commissioned Notary Public and trained in proper ID verification, document handling, and notarial certificate completion. I also stay updated on state requirements and best practices for mobile notary services to ensure accuracy and compliance every time.
