I specialize in mortgage documents whether it be a refinance, seller package, or a HELOC. I provide notarizations for I-9 forms, school forms, car titles, Power of Attorneys, and much more! I demonstrate professionalism, reliability, patience, and attention to detail. I am a member of the National Notary Association (Certified and Background Screened), Loan Signing System Certified, and I carry Errors and Omission Insurance (1M). Additionally, I provide wedding officiant services and specialize in small intimate ceremonies. Want to meet at the courthouse? We can do that too! Our goal is to provide you with convenience. L M Notary will even return your marriage license to the courthouse so that you can begin enjoying your marital bliss!
