Prior piano tuner wanted to come multiple times per year and said piano was not in great shape. Tuner with McDonald's said especially considering the age of the piano, it was in pretty good shape and he didn't need to do a whole lot to get it into tune.

I have a very old piano that is my deceased father’s. Piano not only was way out of tune, it had some repair that needed to be done or would no longer be playable. Warren made three trips to my home with new ideas and repair options that finally got the piano fixed and playable. I’m thrilled and can’t thank Mr. Mc Donald enough for saving the old girl!
