The reason I love photography is because it saves a moment forever. From studying psychology in my undergrad, I've learned that our memories can often fail us. We forget the little details of even the most precious days. But photography saves those details -- the color of your dad's tie on your wedding day or the wallpaper patterns in your old house -- and floods them back into your memory. That is why I believe photography truly captures time.
