- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my rates off of competitive companies on the East coast but with a significant discount to the customer - Providing a 30-40% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I put on my booties, shake their hand, introduce myself and give them a business card. I go over the work to be performed, get customer approval, and proceed. I am mindful to complete work in the time promised. But I do not rush. It is electricity, after all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Journeyman license in 2013 and a Masters License in 2016. My education and licensing complements 19+ years of electrical service work.
