Let me start by saying the job done well exceeded my expectations. The guys were prompt and professional. The job was done with attention to detail. B&J made sure everything was done to our liking. Really did great work. Brian is also very professional and punctual. Had issues with a drainpipe that cost an extra 4 hours but worked through it to get the job done right. He is highly recommended without hesitation. The tile looks great.

We had a fantastic experience with Brian & Steven. They were very accommodating to our tight schedule and they did really great work. Our home is old and they were able to work with all of the curves (literally) that were thrown at them with the space we had tiled. We will definitely be using B&J Custom Tile for our next tile projects! Thanks again for the great work.

Brian was great. I reached out to him and he quickly responded back to me. We setup a date and time to meet up to review what I wanted done, he was very punctual on meeting on time and he gave me a fair an honest price to do his work. When Brian was finished he did everything that we agreed on and on time. My wife and I were very pleased on his craftsmanship. I will recommend his work to my friends and family. Great job Brian. We will call you again to do our backsplash.

Mr. Brian is a true craftsman. I could have never found someone so experienced and professional. He put up my backsplash in one day, effortlessly. Thank you!!! I will definately hire him again for some more tile work in my new home.

My pricing is for my quality, labor and time and is very competitive for my finished product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First scheduled appointment to meet with customer.. measure job.. find out from customer exactly what material they going to be using what layout they want,on Floors or showers how high in the shower they want their Mosaic accents are they getting a Niche in shower.. Scheduled with customer when is the best time day of availability to start project for Customer.. Show up and get the Started till Completed!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Few years of training on my dad jobs in Junior High School.. I'm 37 now, my dad is a professional time mechanic and brick mason learnt a lot of remodeling with him he's at a age now so I took over!
