- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can provide a proposal with or without materials and suggest alternatives to save the client money. example: repair a door rather than replacing it.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a meeting with the client to better access what they want to accomplish. At this time I take notes of scope of work, expectations, contingencies, deadline, budget, take measurements if applicable. I then, prepare a proposal based on what I learned from the meeting. We reach an agreement, sign off on the proposal, get an initial deposit, set the start date and get started on the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BFA in Visual Arts, GIA graduate, completed courses in Networking Service Technology. I enjoy learning which helps me figure out difficulties that my arise while working on a project.
