Excellent experience from start to finish. He was extremely communicative, punctual, professional, and very thorough. He spent nearly three hours on the initial inspection alone, taking the time to carefully evaluate the system and identify the issues rather than rushing through the job. When he returned to complete the work, he was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly focused on properly rectifying the problems with the system. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the time he took to make sure everything was addressed correctly. Saúl and another employee came out for HVAC maintenance. They took pictures before and after cleaning, Saúl went up in my attic to check the furnace, and he changed my thermostat to a smart thermostat per request. They were timely and professional.
Con: Pricing was double that of another company but I found out after the fact. My fault for not getting multiple quotes prior to scheduling, but Saul provided a quote prior to coming and an invoice on the day of service. My HVAC was neglected by the prior owner of my house so I had as looking for someone on short notice before it got cold.
