I needed patches in my 65 year old plaster ceiling and living room wall. West Coast responded quickly to my request for an estimate and was able to schedule me for work the next day.
William showed up on time and quickly went to work. He was careful to protect my mounted TV and carpet. I am very pleased with the results. A friend saw the repair and was awed that he matched the swirls in my existing plaster. I will hire them again if I need any more work done.

William showed up 30 minutes late. The drywall repair was done well. I’m very disappointed that William waited until the end of the day to tell me my ceiling was wet. Then he typed into his translator on his phone that he needed to charge me more money. I advised initially my ceiling was wet. They should have been prepared to replace the entire ceiling. The remnants of him scraping the paint off the ceiling is embedded in the newly painted wall. He put up the curtain rod when the walls were still wet. My vanity has paint on the knobs. He left debris on the floor. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. If they come back out to my home to fix the numerous mistakes, I will be surprised.

We’re sorry you feel disappointed, but we’d like to clarify. When we gave the estimate, you mentioned the leak was old and that it was only a stain. The ceiling was completely dry when we assessed it. You later rescheduled because of AC issues, and although you mentioned the AC had been leaking 1–2 days before our visit, you never specified that there was a new leak in the bathroom or new water damage. We had you scheduled for Friday to return and make the necessary repairs. However, you left this review before giving us the opportunity to come back and address the concerns. We always want the chance to make things right for our customers.
