- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My current pricing system can be viewed on my website under the Photography tab. All session fees cover the photography time. Digital images, prints, albums, and wall art are all available for purchase after your session. Pricing can be viewed on my website, as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've discussed initial details, I put your information into my booking system which sends you an email with a link to pay your deposit. A deposit is required to book your session, and is non-refundable. After the deposit is completed, you'll receive another email with a link to my client questionnaire form. This form allows you to answer some specific questions that will help me understand just what you're looking for. When I've had a chance to look over your form, I will either give you a call or email you to discuss details for your upcoming session. You will also receive information about what to expect, how to receive your images, and other helpful tips.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a member of PPA (Professional Photographers of America) and am currently studying for my Adobe Certified Expert exam for Photoshop, which will set me apart further and be a huge honor to achieve!
