- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All my prjects costs are negotiable and I give my customers a fair pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get a request from a customer via an online service, usually a mobile app or the sms with project overview and some details including the schedule, materials availability and compensation, I accept the project and notify customers via chat or sms when I'm on my way to the project location to get started.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
So far, all my recent projects were furniture assembly and other handyman services at the homes of my customers. For the privacy of my customers, I refrained from taking pictures while rendering handyman services in other people's home. But I think I may be able to snap photos of my some of my work by customers' permissions where possible next time.
