First class professional work with top quality service! Best drywall repair period! So please take this review with a grain of salt because we did not end up going with this company for our roof repair and they may do wonderful work. Our reasons for not choosing them however, we felt were worth sharing. Upon arrival the two men seemed very frustrated with me. They kept looking to my husband to speak however despite being a woman, project management for building maintenance was my line of work so I was overseeing this project for our home. They did not speak English very well which i didnt mind except that i had questions and really needed to be able to communicate with someone. They took about 2 seconds to peek into our attic after borrowing our ladder and blamed our AC for the cause of our ceiling water damage while providing us no pics but stating they would (never did). However the water damage didnt occur until a recent storm and we did not feel confident that it was our AC alone, and believed our roof needed assessment as well. He then stated, "$500. take it or leave it. You wont find a better deal. That is... if you're good for the money." I almost laughed at this as my husband and I live in a beautiful 2 story home. "Sir the money isnt the issue, I just want you to bring me up to speed on what you will be servicing for $500." Him: "it's okay, we can just go." We ended up agreeing to get his boss who does speak English fluently on the line. During the call the two men tried to leave before we gave them an answer as to whether we would be utilizing their company for this project. Their boss ended up being the one to tell them we were good to go so they could go to Home Depot to buy the needed parts for the repair. I inquired as to whether this company took card and he stated, "No, i would charge you an additional 6% on top of the current bottom line total to use a card." A short handful of minutes later we decided we could not trust this company. The reviews on here seem to tell a different story so we wish them well with their business however I tend to refer any promising vendors to national clients should they prove professional, courteous, and knowledgable and they did not pass any of these on initial impression. There is always room to grow and we have found a wonderful vendor we look forward to building a relationship with both as a client and professionally.
