Mike repaired my ceiling after a water damage. He did such an excellent job that it is not even noticeable. He also painted the whole ceiling. Top notch workmanship, great work ethic, and wuite reasonable price. I will certainly hire him again.

Absolutely amazing! My job entailed repairing numerous drywall cracks throughout the house, re-applying caulk above the crown molding in sections of the hallway, living room, and kitchen, and lastly repaint the Florida room (that room had the most drywall cracks due to a foundation issue).

Mike’s work in drywall repairs definitely shows he’s very knowledgeable in this trade (said he’s been doing this trade for 12 years). There was very little sanding to be done after he repaired the cracks and applied the mud. He even found cracks that I had missed!

In addition, while Mike was painting, he had a friend or family member come in and do the caulking. This gentleman went “over and beyond” in other areas of the house that required these repairs! He just didn’t apply caulk to only where it was needed; he reapplied caulk to the entire rooms in need. He even did some of my baseboards!

Mike did a great job painting the Florida room; had to do 2 coats. Used his time efficiently. He also reapplied caulking to the bottom of the windows. His skills in this area are also excellent.

Lastly, his cost was extremely reasonable! I received other estimates and those I deemed as “stupid high”. Don’t know if it was because I am a female and thought I didn’t know any better, or I’m having to pay for more than one person to do the job and/or company overhead. Or the fact that prices have just jumped to higher levels where they want higher hourly wages and add travel time to my house. What those yahoos didn’t know was I had painted the walls inside of my entire house so I definitely know what’s involved. In this case, Mike’s total cost for my project was below what one guy wanted to just do the drywall repairs and less than half of what another company wanted to do the entire project.

I’m definitely hiring Mike again to come back in a few months and paint the ceilings in my rooms! I also recommended him to my sister to repaint her living room and hallway. I selected Mike to do my work based on his cost and the high ratings and responses others have given. I hope this response will help others make their decision to hire him as well. He’s well worth it!
